Experience/Background:
Started MTB in
`99 in Los Angeles, CA. Competed in off
road races in 2000 and 2001 including 24 hours of Moab, 24 hours of
Adrenaline and 12 hours at Big Bear.
Used to think road riders
were sissies in their clean kits, sipping coffee as I rode by on my fat
tires muddy and bloody. Started riding road in `01 to get stronger on
the MTB and never switched back.
Rode with Velo Club LaGrange,
a huge Southern California club established in 1969 for one year before
moving to Memphis, TN in 2003.
Joined the Backyard Burger Cycling Team in `03.
